Lightscape awarded consultancy contract for Chinachem’s prestigious Service Apartment at 129 Repulse Bay Road
HONG KONG – June 15, 2009 -- Lightscape Technologies has been officially appointed by Chinachem Group to provide lighting design consultancy and advisory services for their luxurious service apartment located in 129 Repulse Bay Road.
Planning to have the service apartments refurbished and put in service by the end of 2009, Lightscape will work in collaboration with Chinachem’s design team on the overall ambience and lighting effect for podium lobby, reception, entry foyer, swimming pool, multi-function room and other public area on the same podium floor. At the same time, Lightscape will also play the role of an advisor to help put together a ceiling and lighting plan for both indoor and outdoor function areas which include the driveway, building façade, penthouse/roof top, guest pick up/drop off point, lift lobby and the show suites. “The building has always been one of the landmarks of Repulse Bay and we are delighted at having the chance to take part in the revamp exercise” said Mr Bondy Tan, President & CEO of Lightscape. “This is the first time we work with the Chinachem Group. We found being able to work with this leading property developer not just open the door for more cooperative opportunities, but enrich our experience to cope with different architectural designs and requirements.” he added.
