New contract to facelift Chinachem property
HONG KONG – November 9, 2009 – Chinachem Group just signed a contract with Lightscape Technologies to give its signature development - Nina Tower & L’hotel a facelift. Located in the Tsuen Wan district, the existing development is a twin tower hotel/office building complex. Under the contract, Lightscape will be responsible for design, supply and installation of LED solution for the main entrance and lobby of the L’Hotel. Targeting for completion before the Christmas and New Year festive period, the new image of the hotel exterior will definitely brighten up the surrounding area and make this tallest building in Tsuen Wan more appealing to its visitors and the public. Back to the hotel lobby, a creative approach will be used to change the ambience of the lobby to a classic style that refined with elegance and a relaxing atmosphere.
Nina Tower is the tallest building in Tsuen Wan, New Territories; the 5th tallest building in Hong Kong and the 33rd tallest building in the world. “We are so proud that we are assigned the responsibility to change face for this renowned architecture in the New Terrorities; and that we are confident that the mission will be accomplished nicely and timely.” said Bondy Tan, CEO of Lightscape Technologies.
