Alfred Lee Ming Sung

Alfred Lee Ming Sung was appointed as an independent director of our company on May 15, 2009. Mr. Sung is a practicing Certified Public Accountant and since 1998 he has been the principal of Alfred Sung & Co., an audit and accounting firm based in Hong Kong. Mr. Sung has over 27 years of experience in auditing, accounting, taxation, management and financial advisory services. His previous experience includes 7 years with major international accounting firms, including as a Partner. Mr. Sung is currently a practicing member of the Hong Kong Institute of Certified Public Accountants and an associate member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of Australia. He holds a Bachelor of Economics degree from La Trobe University in Australia.
