Lightscape Technologies to Introduce New LED Products at Hong Kong International Lighting Fair 2007

(OTC Bulletin Board: LTSC), a provider of innovative lighting design solutions, advanced lighting products and customized energy management solutions, today announced the company's participation in the Hong Kong International Lighting Fair 2007 (HKILF) which will be held at the Hong Kong Convention and Exhibition Centre from October 28-31, 2007.
The HKILF is the 2nd largest lighting fair in the world and the largest in Asia. In 2006, the fair's participants included 1,217 exhibitors and 25,045 buyers from a total of 117 countries. The HKILF offers participants opportunities for international trade promotion, product display, commercial partnering and sales promotion. At the fair, we plan to introduce several key new products. These include our recently revamped Lightscape Multimedia and Video Show Control System. This product is a user-friendly, PC-based software system for the authoring, control and playback of intricate, large-scale lighting and audio effects. The product is a fully integrated solution which combines various processors, video graphics decoders, solid state electronics, and sophisticated built-in intelligence. We are introducing a streamlined version of this proprietary software which has been improved in response to feedback from some of our key OEM customers.
We will also introduce two new LED-based lighting products during the fair. Our FX Glass product is an advanced decorative LED panel which displays vivid patterns, images, animation and video on a textured glass surface. Unlike typical LED video walls, FX Glass takes the appearance of textured artistic glass when not being used. Our Wall Wash product is a powerful color mixing LED wash light composed of multiple high-output LED linear light engines developed by Lightscape. The targeted applications for FX Glass and Wall Wash include themed interiors, shopping centers, hotels, casinos, theaters, TV studios, exhibits and special events.
At the fair, we also intend to market our newest service offering, LED Screen Rental Service. This new service offering enables our clients the option to rent LED screen hardware on a short-term basis rather than directly purchasing our full LED lighting systems. The rental products we offer consist primarily of LED video panels and video walls, as well as related digital controllers and power supplies. The primary users and target applications for our LED Screen Rental Service include advertising companies, architects, real estate developers, hotel and casino owners, corporate events, live performances, and television and film production houses. Our new LED Screen Rental Service is expected to provide a stable source of recurring revenue, and is expected to begin contributing to our revenue stream before the end of our fiscal 2008.
